Site Analysis
Every project begins with an on-site analysis of your facility, taking into account such important
factors as dimensions, special physical characteristics, obstructions and requirements for
openings, stair locations and systems integration.

Custom Engineering
Facility characteristics, along with other factors such as choice of clearances and deck materials,
are entered into a computerized design program. This helps us provide an accurate design and
thorough cost analysis quickly.

We submit detailed approval drawings with every order.

Manufacturing and Quality
Mezzanines are custom constructed from proven standards using materials selected for strength,
rigidity and safety.

Base plates are custom-sized for better weight distribution, reducing stress on floors.

Simple Installation

Building Permits
Mezzanine manufacturer will assist the owner and/or obtain for the owner building permits for
mezzanine structures when such permits are requested. All mezzanines are designed to
federal, provincial and municipal building codes.
